• Communion to those in assisted living or nursing homes
• Rosary group in assisted living or nursing homes
• Hospital visits
• Prayer shawls
• Get-well cards
• Prayer chains for confidential requests
• Jail ministry
• Outreach – parish meals to St. John the Evangelist Homeless Shelter

• 6 hours of volunteer training according to the guidelines set by the Green Bay Diocese
• One-on-one guidance provided by the parish care ministry coordinator
• 4-hour spring retreat at the parish –a meal, speaker, inspirational reflections and prayer
• Ongoing support meetings each month to foster your growth as a minister of the Church
• Spring and fall morning retreats, hosted by various parishes, on care-related topics
